A bit slow to start. Good story. I thought you'd spdnd more in-depth on each. But good stort. Hope the saga continues. Thank you for writing.

I was so surprised that I was finding enjoyment out of this story...not my usual type of read. So, I broke down and actually purchased some more of her books.

A very heartwarming story with just a bit of mystery and some of the truthfulness of life. If only everyone could be as good and caring about others as these characters are.

I liked the concept of the book. The ladies working together, different backgrounds for something new, different. A long term of owning a home together. I never knew why Mavis and Hillary needed the other four. What was that purpose? The book also never touched on alot of other things that might come up in a commune home. It was very drawn out. The last few chapters it started to pick up.....then it ended. I had an idea of that happening. There will be a second book.AKS

3.75 but I rounded up. Some editing and such. Still a good read.

It was interesting to start with, but got kind of boring near the end. I wasn’t sure where it was going.
