Hide and Seek-Jazzy's Alphabet Adventure is a children's alphabet book. Jazzy is the star of many educational books. In this alphabet adventure, Jazzy hides her eyes, and the letters run away to hide. The text is short and simple making it easy for children to read or use context cues to figure out the words. Each letter of the alphabet is colorfully displayed in the text. The pages are illustrated with beautifully composed images from actual photographs taken by the author.

The book format is a wonderful way for teachers to have their class create their own alphabet adventure. Perhaps renaming the book Hide and Seek, and using the child's name instead of Jazzy's.

About the Author

Sonja McGiboney grew up in Stowe, Pennsylvania. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in music from West Virginia University, she married Dale and accompanied him on his 25-year military career. She has two wonderful children, Rachel and Ryan, and now lives with Dale and Jazzy in Smithfield, Virginia. She loves taking photos and writing Jazzy's Books.
