There is not much more to this book (actually even less) than the free online user manual from Netobjects. I was looking for something more and was disappointed. Nice to have on the book shelf, but cost does not warrant a purchase. Again, not bad, just a lot less than there should be. What about some tips that are not found in the users manual, etc. Disappointing...
This book fills a void for users of Netobjects Fusion---the middle ground between the 202-page Fusion PDF Getting Started Guide (a tutorial), and the 1,160-page Fusion PDF User Guide (if you print this double-sided, it will take three 2" plastic comb binders). This book is extremely well written, comprehensive, and an easy read. I also like David's personal observations along the way, such as "...Fusion is not a well-known product, though this is a shame...." NetObjects Fusion is an excellent web-authoring program, and this book is an excellent companion!
I had purchased the paperback of this book and realized that my color Nook has spoiled me. So I bought another copy, this time as an e-book, and was very happy with what I received. I have been able to study NOF at my free moments and it has been a critical asset to overcoming the barrier to using that program. Though I have version 12 of NOF, there are no manuals or books and their documentation sucks. I had bought and studied Plotkins' book on Microsoft's FrontPage and found it indispensible depite that there are many other books on that, now obsolete program. But this second book of his is far superior to his first. Thank you Mr. Plotkin (p.s., his writing skill is also exceptional good unlike many user books)
