Review and commentary on the lack of information and participation on Barnes & Noble. Given gift cards I am here to use them. Commentary on "the system": I researched "Best Parody Books 2017" in my favorite search engine and this book was on the list, given numerous reviews and accolades elsewhere. My suggestion to BN is to utilize a review clearing house, much like Rotten Tomatoes or IMDB does for movies. Consumer: Do not exclusively rely on the limited or non-existent participation on BN. My rating of this book: 4 stars. It is funny and it has cats. The review rating is based on this context. I wouldn't give a Europe travel book one star because it doesn't have Africa information within. Thanks

I realize that this book/collection of pamphlets was supposed to be parody of of pro-gun, pro- religion etc. pamphlets that the zealots and right wingers usually push. I understand that this was meant to be funny and I was really looking forward to it. I mean, how can you go wrong with the subject matter? There is tons of stuff in here that could have been funny if it weren't written with such cruel and blatant bias. I'm usually the first one to make fun of groups like these and it surprised me that I found this book to be so sad and nearly cruel. The pictures of the cats are somewhat cute, but that didn't make up for the nearly non-existent humor. *ARC supplied by publisher.
