I have only about 5 more full length novels to read of this series. While I love the series overall, this is BY FAR my favorite! There are several stories going on all at once and we all get the ending we crave!!

Let me start by saying, the first time I read this book was a few years back & I read it independently from the series! I still loved the book back then! Reading "Hunter Rise" made something in the back of my brain tingle and reminded me of this book. As a result I realized this was a series and read all of the Hunter books from the beginning to end in order and man - it was even better than awesome! Shiloh Walker has this way with telling stories that read fast and keep your interest she also makes you feel like you are in the body of the character which not many authors are able to do. Kel & Angel have a great story and though this is a paranormal world, you will relate to them from beginning to end. A little teaser? Kel & Angle were fated! I strongly recommend you discover the Hunter's Series for yourself! I am glad I did!

I really liked this book. To say it was heart wrenching is an understatement. This isnt your typical romance. It takes a LOONNNGGG time for Kel and Angel to get together and you feel their pain thru out it all. I wish there was more time devoted to them being together but all-in-all it was a good read.
