Overview

Is Dylan hunting Casey to prosecute her or protect her?

Casey Cox is still on the run, fleeing prosecution for a murder she didn’t commit. Dylan Roberts—her most relentless pursuer—is still on her trail, but his secret emails insist that he knows the truth and wants to help her. He’s let her escape before when he had her in his grasp, but trust doesn’t come easily.

As Casey works to collect evidence about the real murderers, she stumbles on another unbearable injustice: an abused child and a suicidal man who’s also been falsely accused. Casey risks her own safety to right this wrong and protect the little girl from her tormenters. But doing so is risky and just may result in her capture—and if she’s captured, she has no doubt she’ll be murdered before she ever steps foot in a jail.

In this riveting sequel to the USA Today bestseller If I Run, evil lurks, drawing Casey out of the shadows . . . but there is light shining in the darkness. Is Dylan a provision from the God who loves her, or another heartache yet to happen?

I have read most of Terri Blackstock's books. This book and the preceding one, If I Run, are among my favorites. I had a difficult time putting it down, and look forward to the conclusion, If I Live! God has given Terri an amazing gift for writing suspenseful stories!!

Just finished this second book in the series and can't wait for the third. Love how Terri puts you in the book and along for the "ride". It is refreshing to read a Christian based book.

Just like the 1st book in the series (If I Run) this book will keep you at the edge of your seat. There are a lot of unexpected twists and turns. The author does a good job of keeping the readers attention. Characters are well developed and there is a great balance of introspected thought and actual conversation. Interactions between characters are authentic and easy to follow. Love the relationship development between Casey and Dylan. I wonder if it's because of the intensity of the situation they're in or if it's actually a real attraction. I can't wait for another book in the series to see if their relationship blossoms or dies off. Love this series. I received a digital copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review. So glad to have been introduced to this author through them.

I am so interested in how Casey's story will play out. I really enjoyed reading this series thus far!

This book was like a train ride. It started out fast and furious with Casey still running from the evil cops who want her dead. It was so good and I read it all in two sittngs. I couldn't put it down. I love this book and series. Now I have to wait another year for the next one. I'm not patient with your books. I read everyone of them. I love them. I am from Louisiana and love that you write around places that I know.Keep writing you are such a blessing to me. You minister to me at just the right times when I read your books. God bless you in your life and in your writing.

Getting envolved in Casey's life was so absorbing that it was hard leaving her and Dylan with their problems unresolved. What if Casey gets caught by the bad guys before she and Dylan can get the evidence they need to clear her of murder? With them, I hang on to God's promise to be with us always. What happens next?

The second in the If I Run series, this is a page turning suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat. Both main characters are strong and believable. I can't wait to begin book 3!

Wow.. riveting is the right word for this book! Fast paced, page turner and maybe even hold my breath reading.. This gal knows what she is doing and I liked that she had some breaks as she was in hiding. Loved it! I was gifted a copy and my opinion and review is voluntary.

Finally the conclusion of the If I Run series! How I hated having to wait a year each time for the next book, but now finally the conclusion is here - and it does not disappoint! I loved Casey and Dylan and just simply could not figure out how this series could come to an end. There was so much against Casey - and Dylan was not safe either. You really have to read all books in this series in the right order as it is one continuing story. The whole series is a must read for Blackstock fans and other fans of Christian suspense. Highly recommended!

I want to say that this series has to be read in order and I have read the whole series this week. I have been saving the first two and just obtained the ARC of the third one, If I Live, from NetGalley. That would be the ideal way to read them since one starts off where the prior one ends. In the first book, If I Run, Casey Cox is framed by corrupt cops for the death of her best friend, Brent Pace. She knows who has done it because Brent has been digging into the death of Casey's father that occurred when Casey was twelve years old and found his body hanging from the ceiling fan, Before he died, Brent sent a flash drive to Casey. Her landlord gave it to Hannah, Casey's sister, who sent it to Casey. Andy Cox was a cop whose death was ruled suicide but his family knows that he would never kill himself. When Casey found Brent's body, she left town knowing that she would be accused of the murder. She has been doing what she can to stay alive by getting false driver's license and social security cards so that she can work to make money to live. We met Dylan Roberts in the first book. He grew up with Brent and was hired by the Pace family to find Casey and bring her back to the Shreveport Police Department to stand trial. Dylan has decided that Casey might be innocent, based on the flash drive that Casey sent to Dylan. With his background as a criminal investigator in the Army, he is investigating cops in the department that are implicated in the flash drive and by Casey. He is covertly helping Casey while pretending to be trying to bring her in. The journey continues to be a wild ride full of moments of danger and near capture. I had trouble putting these books down. Terri Blackstock is a great writer. She knows how to write suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I highly recommend this series.

Casey Cox is still on the run. The police are still searching for her, her picture is all over the news. Dylan Roberts is relentlessly hunting her. He claims he knows the truth, that Casey did not commit murder. Can Casey believe him? As she stumbles upon other injustices she risks her own safety to help others, knowing she may be caught. She must make a choice- her safety or strangers? I greatly enjoyed the first in the series, If I Run, and I was excited to read the next part of Casey’s journey. Wondering if she would get caught, is Dylan really a good guy or is he fooling all of us? This sequel pulled me in. I am looking forward to the third and final book in the trilogy. I really want to know how this plays out. Terri Blackstock is also becoming a new favorite author of mine and I will be checking into her other books. *I received this book free from Zondervan and the Fiction Guild in exchange for my honest review of the story. I did not receive any compensation to do so. All thoughts I have expressed are entirely my own.*

Terri Blackstock is one of my favorite authors. I haven’t read one of her books that I didn’t love. In If I am Found, as in all of her books, I felt like I had a stake in the characters’ lives. I really knew them. It was so intense and so exciting. I couldn’t wait to see what happened next. I am amazed at Terri’s imagination. I cannot wait to find out how everything comes together in the last book. It’s going to be hard to wait until March 2018!

Loved this book, and couldn't put it down! Book 2 of the "If I Run" series leaves me with one complaint - I can't wait until 2018 for the third book of the series! Definitely read these books in order. Casey Cox continues running from law enforcement, and PI Dylan Roberts, to avoid prosecution for the murder of her best friend, Brent. As Casey continues to evade capture, she continues to collect evidence that something odd is going on with the detectives on the case. While doing so, she discovers a suicidal man who is also struggling with being falsely accused, as well as a young girl who is being abused. Casey can't just walk away from the injustice she uncovers, and fights to help others, while evading capture and potentially death. I love Terri Blackstock's characters, as they all have a huge struggle of some sort. I appreciate seeing characters who are broken and struggling, and who work incredibly hard to overcome adversity in their lives. Beware - this is a book that you'll have to read "just one more chapter," and before you know it, it is over. I received a copy of this book for free. I was not required to post a positive review and the views and opinions expressed are my own.

This exciting and much-anticipated sequel kept me on the edge of my seat! Since reading Book 1, If I Run, I’ve been anxious to continue Casey Cox’s story. Still running for her life, Casey finds herself in another precarious situation that is sure to jeopardize her cover. I loved the urgency and intensity of If I’m Found as evil lurks around every corner. Dylan Roberts’ pursuit of Casey and the truth heightens the complexity and emotion of the narrative, which I really enjoyed. Terri Blackstock continues to thrill me with her nail-biting suspense, and I can’t wait to see how she concludes this gripping series! I received a complimentary copy of this book. No review was required, and all thoughts expressed are my own.

This series is so incredible! I love how, even though Casey is on the run because she's accused of killing her best friend, she still figures out a way to help others solve their crimes. Dylan is such a great character and I love seeing his and Casey's relationship continue to grow. We also get introduced to Dex, and he also seems incredible. This book just gets so intense towards the middle and kept me reading nonstop! I only put it down for minor things like sleeping and working. ;) Such a great read and can't wait to get the next book to see how it all ends up! I received a copy of this book for free. If I’m Found by Terri Blackstock is the sequel to If I Run and brings us right back where Casey Cox left off. The book is fast paced and intense from page one and continues that way through the end where we’re left hanging for the next book. A fact that frustrated me but I’ll be reading the third book in the series because I have to know what happens next! Casey Cox is resourceful and gutsy. The kind of character that you cheer on and are frustrated to see suffer in anyway. She’s always in the wrong place at the wrong time and I sure hope this poor woman gets justice for all the junk she’s endured. Dylan Roberts is the best kind of investigator because he’s willing to see the truth and not get stuck in the mission. He’s strong and protective. My new favorite character is Dex. The guy is just cool. He’s intelligent and the best kind of friend to Dylan. He helps without asking a hundred and one questions. If I’m Found kept me on the edge of my seat and although I was grateful to see some issues resolved, the book presents many others. I will admit, I found the story to be very stressful. I wanted to see something positive happen and see justice for the characters who’d been hurt the most. Terri Blackstock knows how to wrap us into a suspenseful ride and keep us hanging on until the end. If I’m Found is another great addition to the series. Audiobook narration is oustanding!!

If I'm Found is the heart-pounding sequel to Terri Blackstock's If I Run. The tension and suspense continue to grow in this second book of the series. The characters are fascinating and complex. Casey Cox is on the run for her life but just can't keep from caring for and helping others in dire situations, no matter the personal risk. Dylan Roberts is pursuing her but is caught in between threatening members of the law enforcement community and what he believes to be true about Casey. Trying to reconcile danger and truth leads to a multitude of life and death situations. Woven throughout the story are important elements of faith and learning to trust God, no matter what. As an additional perk, I love what is being done with the covers of the books in this series. I'm not always impacted by book covers, but the creativity with this set is awesome. I highly recommend If I'm Found to fans of great suspense. This series is one of Terri's best! You will definitely want to start with the first book, If I Run. The only bad thing about the series -- the conclusion will not be out until next spring. What a wait!

Fast-paced, complex, and powerful, If I'm Found shows readers the beauty of what can happen when we value others over ourselves. This thrilling second installment of the If I Run series by Terri Blackstock was just as exciting as the first book. Here we find Casey Cox faced with being on the run--again. It seems as if everything is stacked against Casey. She's got a few advantages, one being that she's able to communicate with Dylan Roberts. I really enjoyed this aspect of the book because: romance. Okay, I know, I know...there's so much more to this book than romance, but what can I say? I'm a sucker for it! I loved how Terri brought their characters together. I also love love love how there is a juxtaposition of plots going on here. You've got the overall plot of Casey being a fugitive but then you've got Casey's "new" life where she must act in order to do the right thing even if it jeopardizes her own safety. Terri is QUEEN of creating such intriguing plot lines that, while there is a ton going on and you think it could be too convoluted, you see how it all works out seamlessly in the end. I also love how we see the strengths and weaknesses of Dylan and Casey. They aren't perfect. They have real struggles and they must choose to fight for what is right. It's refreshing and in no way off-putting at how real they both are. As I did for book one, I felt as if this book was stretched out in order to make it a trilogy. Don't get me wrong--it's a fantastic book! It's well written and gripping! But, during the wrap up, I found myself thinking that it could have come to a conclusion in just two books. I'm happy that there'll be a third because I think we can gather that God will use Casey again in way's she couldn't foresee in the lives of others. I also love the characters so I'm looking forward to see what happens. So really, it's not a negative as much as it's an observation. It's a shorter book but packed with action. A definite recommend from me for those who like romantic suspense, suspense, and a action-packed plot. It's not heavy on the romance but just right (in my opinion). Besides, Terri deals with some tough topics in an honest but careful way. You'll find yourself rooting for Casey and Dylan by the end (if not from the very beginning). My Rating: 5* _______________ I received this book for free but was under no obligation to post a review. I do so under my own motivation and the opinions I have expressed in this review are honest and entirely my own.
