Impressionism

When considering Impressionism, we associate it with the atmospheric landscapes, lively portraits and city scenes of Monet, Renoir, Degas and Cézanne. Utilizing a sketchy painting style, which was accomplished in situ, these artists were able to capture the moment, with their colors corresponding to the prevailing light and weather conditions.
