Improving the Tanker Employment Model

This Graduate Research Project is an improvement to the Tanker Employment Model developed by Maj. Margaret Romero. Her model which uses Excel VBA is used to determine the tanker capacity requirements needed to perform specific user defined tanker employment missions.
