The personal healing journey was never to implement a book from it. Yet, events that unraveled at the beginning of 2024 called me to dig in even deeper and transform part of my healing journey that was already written. A deep dive of self-reflection during loss, love, trauma, and a spiritual awakening to heal, all while attempting to live without feeling shame or guilt. Was transcribed from the timeline of 2019-2024 from private love letters to a spouse incarcerated and authentic journal entries.
