Jocelyn spends her Saturday mornings waiting for her friends to finish their fun activities. One day, she finds an activity of her own and she is very excited. Jocelyn Learns to Dance introduces the young reader to five dance styles through descriptive words and pictures. The book is loosely based on the writer's own experiences as a young dancer.

About the Author
Jocelyn E. Cox (Isaac) is a Lecturer of Dance at Howard University and a member of the Actors' Equity Association. Performance credits include: Hairspray, Chicago, and The Wiz. Jocelyn's choreography has been presented at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She has a BFA in Dance from Temple University and a MFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase College Conservatory of Dance. JocelynECox.com/writer
