I want to give this book a review and it is seldom I do give my option on books. I found this to be one of the easiest jucing books I have found. I have been to the library with no help at all. I bought the entire set of jucing books from a well know author and the books are too complicated. This book is easy to follow and understand. I have been jucing for just under 4 months and can agree with this book on how healthy I feel. The recipes in this book are good. There was a lot of jucing information I was unaware of. I used the detox recipe in this book and lost 4 extra pounds in 28 hours.

I have previously ordered five books on juice. This one I purchased on Aug 15 and have only read about half of it. I know this is going to be my favorite one by far. It covers all sides of juicing not only recipes. I would recommend this book to nookreaders

The information of the health benefits this book provides is very good. People who are health conscious and take juicing serious will love this book I learned many new things in this book like juicing requires hardly any digestion, so all its nutritional goodness gets rapidly into your system. When I juice, I use more fruits and vegetables than you could actually eat. So I am drinking a densely packed amount of vitamins, minerals and other plant-based nutrients. I first bought the book wheatgrass juicing /the ultimate health guide book and was a little lost with jucing. I thought it was wheatgrass alone. This book brings it all together. I have started the complete jucing and already feel much better after only three days. I bought the jucing book called Juing for your life and it did NOT explain the heath reasons behind it. This book covers it all. I feel if you are just starting out ( like I am ) this is a great book to start with. Jessica Shriver

I bought this book for new recipes and am pleased with the amount of recipes. I also like the arrangement of the recipes to show which ones are good for certain things. I watched a friend go from extremely poor health to one of the fittest person at the office. When I asked him what he did he told me about this. Glad I bought it. This is an extremely important book. I have read it once and plan to read it a second time. I juiced prior to reading this book, but it is wonderful to have all of the information and recommendations available in one easy-to-read book, together with a treasure trove of wonderful recipes. DO you know everyone over 60 who has been eating the standard American diet has some level of heart disease and it is increasingly found to be starting in children and young adults. I used to think that there was nothing one could do about the chronic diseases of aging such as heart disease and strokes. It is exciting and heartening to learn that there is something one can do to prevent, arrest and even reverse heart disease. I have decided to follow this lifestyle guidance and I encourage all of my friends and associates to do the same. I direct a summer camp and weekend school and have changed the menu plans for the 345 students at our camp to add the teaching of juicing and importance of it. Do yourself a favor and read this book. I have wasted time and money on a couple of the books online that are for juicing. I took a chance with this one and report this review a true 5star. This book covers the information you need for a balanced juicing lifestyle. I did not report on the importance of wheat grass, but notes another book that is a spin off to this one which I will defiantly buy next. I will turn 74 in Oct. and feel healthy and full of energy after using the new recipes in this book for the past 22 days. The recipes include a weight loss if needed. I drink the recipe for immunity everyday and have noticed a big difference. After reading this book I found I was adding to many fruits to my diet. Purchased AUG 25- Jim I see this book came out this month. I wish I would have bought this book first! It would have saved me over $40 It took three books to find the information I was looking for. This book had it. I have not tried the recipes as of yet , but recommend this book from all of the information about how to juice and all of the information on nutrition and how it works. It is also good for weightloss. The information 1 star The structure 1 star The instructions 3 star

As far as books on jucing go, this is the cream of the crop.This is probably one of the most practical books on jucing around. It's super easy to take anything from this book and put it to practice in the kitchen immediately. The recipes are pretty good tasting. When it comes to learning more about jucing, read this books first. Most of the books I have are all very well written and they are packed with loads of great information. This one is my favorite. The recipes are well done. I rate this book a 5

I was diagnosed with congestive heart diesase 7 months ago. It changed my life from the minute I walked out of the hospital.I talked with a health advisor and was gie=ven the information on juicing for the first time.I will tell everyone that I know juicing has saved my life. I am a different man and a healthier one because of juicing. I wanted to review this book and give it a best rating. I have looked and bought several of these books and this one had the best information on juicing. I plan on buying the other book on the new wheat grass the author has out too. That sounds a little to green but I know how well this one has helped. If you are not in great shape it is time to start this new way of living. Sometimes the newage stuff is better. please try this book you will not be sorry you bought it. Second chance Gilly

If you are in to hardcore juicing or just a beginner[This is the book YOU want] I have several books on juicing and wanted new recipes and found this book. I will buy the other book she has on wheat grass and maybe add this to my diet. I have lost a total of 62 pounds from the time I added juicing to my diet. I juice one time a day after a juicing fast of 16 days in the beginning. I recommend this book for anyone interested in jucing. Kila

I have only been doing this for 3 weeks and my hair is already showing improvement. I am just 33 and started noticing my hair getting thinner and thinner. My friend at work told me about this and I bought a juice machine and it has started to not only make my hair look better it feels thicker. My skin is the best it has been in many years. The first 4 days were hard and now I actually look forward to drinking this. I do 2 a day. I recommended this to 3 guys at work that have thinning hair. It is like dominoes. everyone is buying it now. You have to try this. I am very satisfied I bought this book. Jammie

I started jucing this past week after reading this fantastic book . I can not believe I can feel this great after drinking only juice for 6 days straight and tuna one time a day (the tuna is not in the book) I added this myself. I give thanks to the writer of this book. The detailed informative benefits of this book has made a big impact on my way of thinking when it comes to nutrition. Great book on jucing. I just bought the book on juicing with wheatgrass by the same author. I am looking forward to adding this to my daily diet afgter reading the information on it. jeff

I have been juicing for 3 months and it has completely changed my body from inside out. It gets in your blood and you WANT to do this. I feel so much healthier. I bought this book and from day one my life started to change in a positive way. I feel so much healthier and can not believe I put so much junk in my body. I do juicing 5 days a weeks and eat a proper diet now on Monday and Friday I also have one healthy meal a day on top of juicing. It is not as difficult as it looks. It becomes easier the more you do it. This is my favorite book on jucing. I have recommend it to several of my gym friends and they are also happy with it. Good for the price compared to many of the other books that do not go into details of the nutrition of juicing.

If you're looking for sound and reasonable advice about your diet, this is easily the best book around. If you do not drop 14 pounds in 2 weeks, but it can have a definite positive impact on long-term health. I've known since 1999 that the USDA Food Pyramid was compromised by the Dairy and Meat Industries (upon reflection, the fact that the Department of Agriculture published it should have tipped me off that this was always intended to be more of a marketing tool than anything else). As I've pursued the quest to a healthier me, I've discovered through "alternative lifestyle" health books that whole grains are far superior to refined, and through personal experience I've learned that the more fruit and vegetables you eat the better. Juicing has changed my entire way of life. If you want to feel great and feel the health..inside and out I recommend this book and also the book mentioned Wheatgrass by Sheryl Proemm Other than that, this is an excellent and life-changing book. I am following everything the book suggests (except drinking alcohol in moderation because I don't drink and never will) and I definitely feel better.

I learned lemons and limes have no offending sugars (fructose), that causes most of the metabolic complications. lemons or limes are amazing at eliminating the bitter taste of the dark deep leafy green vegetables that provide most of the benefits of juicing... I could give you so many cool things I learned from this book. You MUST have this book if you take juicing seriously. Chiles

This book shows the different recipes for each type of nutrient. If it is a detox you are looking for it is in here. If you are looking to lose weight in a healthy manner, it is in here. If you are looking for hair growth, it is in here. This book has it all covered. I great find for the price. I could have save money if I bought this one first. I have twelve juicing and wheat grass books. This one is my top rated. I will take a look at the wheat grass book this author has for sale. Mike

I review this juicing book one of the best for the price. I have paid almost double for half of the information. The information on the benefits from the different recipes for all types of health issues. This is worth the money. I recommend this book to all beginners or juicing pros.

Perfect jucing book. It explains everything I needed to know to start jucing. This is only my third day and already I am amazed at how my body is feeling. I was a little sick feeling the first day. I bought this book after looking over several other ones . I have a regular book I bought on juicing edition copy 2007 . This book is far advanced from that book and I thought it was a good book. This is a much better book on all the new things about juicing . My Nook has spoiled me . I do not like to carry books with me when I travel and this book is going with me everywhere . Fair price .
