La Polyphonie: Des Lumieres a Adorno

During Enlightenment, polyphony seems to obey to a rationalizing process which Max Weber and Theodor Adorno have described. But in fact, it is overtaken by the modelling of a new form of instrumental music, which let voices develop themselves as plural.
