This is a charming book about a labradoodle as a ‘first person’. I got the book after caring for a labradoodle who was adopted by a former friend of the family. However because she made a poor choice when she have a full time job, being divorced and having two children, she ended up giving her up to a loving family. I am still very heartbroken because I missed her so much, since she loved me and my late mother, but she wasn’t my dog. So now I have a book I can look over to remember the labradoodle I met several years ago.
To a humane society or to a rescue group. Be a hero...adopt. Often times, rescue groups have dogs in foster homes...you can meet them and learn about them!
