Charles tells the Duke they plan to attack the pirate and capture his treasure. He says their ship is too small and they buy the Prize Brig they saved by offering shares in the spoils of the pirates treasure.
They find a man who escaped from the Island two year before and he agrees to sail with them and draws plans of the island's defences.
Arriving off the island they capture the Captain's old ship the Maria and free many African slaves they find on board.
