Loving Hope is the fourth book in Ann Gimpel's GenTech Rebellion Series. Hope is onw of the five genetically-altered women originally rescued from the from the compounds and asked to join the CIA. Right from the start Hope has found Charlie physically appealing and nice to be around. Too bas he doesn't return her feelings. Charlie is married to his job, to the danger and the high he gets from being on black-ops missions with his team. After his failed marriage Charlie has sworn off women. If that's true. why can't he get the gorgeous green-eyed brunette out of his mind? She's under his command, what the heck is wrong with him. Just when Charlie and Hope decide to throw caution to the wind and give this thing growing between them a chance, Charlie is mortally wounded. Tony and Frank step up to the plate and begin to try to save Charlie's life. Hope stands by while her dreams may be snatched away before they've even begun to take shape. Be ready for a wild ride, one that will make you laugh, cry and sit on the edge of your seat gasping for more.

This was fantastic Hope is a gentically modified human. She has lived her life in a lab under control of the nameless ones but now she is free and working for the CIA and she wants Charlie the black ops agent who is now her boss. Problem is he has called it quits on women after his last divorce and won't give her the time of day. He is to busy with his mistress "danger" and being an adrenaline junkie. But things change when they are sent a mission that goes south leaving them parechuteing out of thier helicopter. He starts to think maybe they have a chance but before he can act on it Charlie almost dies and then he knows he wants no other. I love the action in this amazing story it truly fantastic. The characters are wonderfully writen and the storyline wonderful with so much depth to it. I couldn't stop reading! You have got give it a try. You will not be disappointed Voluntary reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

Loving Hope is the fourth book in the GenTech Rebellion series. I have enjoyed this series and am glad that there will be at least one more book. This book can be read as a standalone but starts off right where the previous book ended. The book does not end in a cliffhanger but is open ended for future books in the series. There is violence and sex in the book so definitely 18+. The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat all of that info here. The author did a great job of continuing the story but also recapping the first three books for new readers. The characters, new and old, are well defined and dimensional. The women and the men rescued from the compounds as well as those from the CIA teams are trying to work together. But old habits and prejudices still are difficult to overcome. As usual, the storyline will keep you guessing what twists and turns will be revealed next. It definitely kept me riveted and reading.
