About the Author

Beth Maclay Doriani, Ph.D., has taught literature as a professor and served in Christian higher education for over 25 years. With theological study from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary and elsewhere, she is a seasoned teacher and communicator. Doriani has served as elder, Bible study leader, adult education teacher, and youth ministry volunteer, currently at Great Bridge Presbyterian Church in Chesapeake, Virginia.
