Just finished reading the free copy of your plnk series . Getting ready to buy the other 5 or 6 in this mysteries. Really enjoyed it . Keep me posted on new books. Thanks

It was well written and enjoyable but the author really needs to get a book on homonyms...it was jarring to read that Pink was "peddling" her bicycle----selling it?---though that finally did get corrected. "Discrete" is not the same as "discreet", etc. But all in all I enjoyed the book and now I want a crow.

I needed a break after a book that was emotionally charged. This provided that break. It was a change to have a sleuth who solved crimes with her sense of smell. I will look for others in this seried.

Enjoyed the humor and sleuthing of "Pink" The pet crow was a great addition with the haunted mansion down the street.

Interesting characters. Slightly predictable who done it. Looks like the beginning of a fun series.

A light , quick read, with a couple of quirks...a pet crow and the ability to smell things the average person cannot. Filled with description , the narrative moves quickly along. A little romance is interjected but not so heavily that it be comes a romance novel.

Casual crime read with charming characters in a lovely setting. It's an easy and quick read at just under 200 pages. If you're looking for something simple to pass the time, or a way to kill a few hours, this is the book for you.

I came across Marigolds and Murder quite by accident but I’m so glad I did! If you like cozy mysteries, especially ones set on the coast, you will be delighted by London Lovett’s Port Danby, Lacey “Pink” Pinkerton, new flower shop owner and sleuth extraordinaire, and a host of other small town characters. Let’s just say Lacey has a “nose” for murder and in this first book of the series she stumbles upon a dead body, a giant pumpkin, and more smells than her sensitive nose knows what to do with. Throw in a gorgeous police detective and an equally handsome neighbor and you have the ingredients of a fast-paced, fun-filled mystery. I highly recommend Marigolds and Murder, and look forward to reading the rest of the series.
