Mary Reads Sight Word Books K-3 - Bug Box
The "Mary Reads" series is an early reader designed to help children learn to read and recognize sight words. Each book in the series has two main parts, flashcards and a story book. The flashcards are presented in a colorful and fun way. The Mary character gives helpful hints along the way on how to read the more challenging "tricky" words that are harder to sound out, like "there," "said," or "here." At the end of the practice words, there is a fun story using sight words learned from the flashcards. Each book in the series builds upon the previous one.
