Genevieve really hit the nail on the head. She is so smart and really explains alot of what my dogs do and why they do it. I just "get it" now. I fell so in love with Genevieve that we are now Facebook friends! She is one of the best authors I have ever read.

This is one of the funniest books that I have read in a long time. It would be funny to someone who didn't even know what a papillon was, but as an owner, I can see my guys nodding their head in agreement with Genevieve's lighthearted approach to everyday life situations. Denny, Genevieve's translator, does a great job in putting her thoughts into words that even a child can understand. This book is an easy read, even after a hard day at work.

Another delightful look into Miss Genevieve's world through her eyes. She doesn't miss much and definitely tells it like it is. This little Papillon (7 lbs on a good day...) will have you laughing out loud. If you are owned by or know a Papillon (Ms. Poppyseed and Mr. Ricco, that means you!), prepare to double the laugh quotient! Ms. G. will personally 'paw' gift copies, too.

I laughed my way through this book! When I finished, I actually thought to myself, 'Wow, Geneveive really knows how to write a good book!' My 13-year-old daughter enjoyed it so much, she used it for her book report (A+)! HIGHLY recommend!

Genevieve will have you rolling on the floor laughing. She has a wicked sense of humor. Any dog lover will enjoy her explanation of the Papillon attitude toward life. Small dog owners will really relate. I too am hoping that Genevieve not only writes a sequel, but that she does a whole series.

This book is so funny. I couldn't put it down. Anyone with a dog with spunk will relate to the dog's view of this story. It is well written and easy to read. I'd read 60 pages in a flash, laughing the entire time. I truly hope Genevieve is planning a sequel soon.

Intersting perspective to write a book from a dog's point of view. It was clever and well written. Dennis Fried captured Genevieve's personality in a humorous and entertaining way. I could see Genevieve barking at the doorbell, hiding under furniture with just her cute nose poking out, and zooming around the house. Well done!

For those of you who really want to laugh your back ends off, this is the book you've GOT to have. Written with lots of imagination and humor it had me laughing over and over. Who would have thought our dogs knew all this stuff. Just goes to show that even though one is born in a 'Home for Unwed Mothers' they can really make something of themselves.

Genevieve gives great insite to how our dogs perceive us. It also helps us to understand what goes on in the heads of our beloved pets and how what we do and say seems just a bit odd to them. Miss G is truly a talented little Pap, and rules her home with much grace!

I absolutely loved this book. The writing was very clever and hilarious and had me laughing all the way through it. I especially loved the chapter on elementary education, and how the trainer who Genevieve called the terminator, was written. You could really visualize what was going on in Genevieve¿s little tricky mind, and laugh about how she was going to outwit Judy the trainer. I highly recommend this book to everyone who loves animals and likes to be entertained. Funny, funny, funny!
