This is a story of the deception and fraud caused by an insurance agent's attack on a retired man and wife. The agent deliberately ignored the command to create an annuity (fixed payment per month for remainder of life) after being told the contract must not be "Wall Street or Las Vegas Gambling." Instead he caused creation of a "Variable Annuity" (which is nonsense term)! It cannot be both fixed and variable! The man and wife have now been getting only $700.00 per month instead of $1500.00...
