About the Author

Donna J. Benson is a long haul driver with her co-driver and husband. They previously owned and operated a greenhouse nursery, through which they developed gardening and subsistence farming skills.


Due to a vision of coming evil times, Benson and her husband set out to learn everything they could about storage, canning, and preserving food, including the food they grow themselves. The ability to live self-sufficiently, and potentially off-grid, became the priority. They believe everyone, believer and unbeliever, will need these skills to survive when chaos reigns over the world. No one knows when this will happen, but Benson and her husband plan to be ready and to prepare their children and grandchildren.


Miraculous Escape is the third installment of Benson's Flee to the Mountains series that, along with her blog by the same name, encourages believers to prepare for coming evil.
