About the Author

Tijuana Smith, an accomplished accountant and real estate investor never considered writing a book as part of her life's aspirations. Her packed schedule left little room for creative pursuits. However, after experiencing a series of grievous losses, she felt compelled to share her journey with others. Tijuana saw writing as a way to process her pain, find hope and healing, and connect with others who may be going through similar experiences.

Tijuana has been married to her husband Roy for nearly 32 years and they are the proud parents of two grown children. In her leisure time, Tijuana cherishes moments of peace basking in the sun on a beach, curling up with a good book, spending quality time with loved ones, and offering a helping hand to those in need.
