About the Author

Becky Paton studied Public Art and Design at Chelsea School of Art and specialised in mosaic. She has undertaken many public and community art projects in this medium and is hugely inspired by nature, with insects, birds and fossils currently taking top spot. Her other passion is portraiture, with her ongoing life's work being a collection of 'Warrior Women', from Joan of Arc to Jane Morris.
Becky Paton studied Public Art and Design at Chelsea School of Art, specialising in the art of mosaic. She has undertaken many public and community art projects, extensive teaching, exhibitions and personal commissions. She has previously published Garden mosaics: 25 step-by-step projects for your outdoor room.
