Mr Oily and the runaway lawnmower

Mr Oily is a delightful four year-old boy who likes nothing better than taking mechanical things apart and putting them back together again - with varying levels of success.

Mr Oily, as he is affectionately known, normally has blotches of oil and dirt all over his clothes, together with a rather grubby face.
