Mazzaropi era um empreendedor, um futurista, em um tempo onde tudo era difícil, principalmente com a concorrência cinematográfica dos produtos americanos, ele conseguiu fazer sucesso e até hoje é uma lenda. O Charles Chaplin brasileiro. Orgulho nacional. Eu particularmente assisti os filmes de Mazzaropi no sítio em Itariri/SP, aproveitava o ambiente rural para assistir filmes caipiras de Mazzaropi.
O Museu foi criado em 1992 por João Roman Júnior para homenagear seu velho amigo, Amácio Mazza...
