A short horror story of 3600 words.
On Monday night Faye finds that her mattress is broken. She doesn’t know how it happened, it was fine the night before.
When she buys a new mattress from a backstreet bed shop, awful things she could never have imagined begin to emerge. Things that make her flesh crawl.
Can she possibly make a horrific situation work to her advantage? Or is the cosy life she was used to over for good?

This book was only 15 pgs. , it was fast paced. Quick , good read. Overall 3.5 !! *** I would have given it a higher rating, but I was wondering since the monsters wanted to go undetected why didn't they just kill her ? The other problem was why start a fire ? The authorities could track that, but would they really talk about bugs? Or was that part of the agreement w/the monsters? Just had some questions I thought needed to be answered.
This was great! It kept my attention and the ending really did it justice! Will definitely read more of the authors books.
I love short stories especially horror and ghost stories. really enjoyed this horror short. It was a quick read with the right amount of horror. The ending was pretty satisfying.
