Lyle and Kay Carbert graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough, Ontario, in 1961 and 1960, respectively. Previously, Lyle attended the University of Western Ontario in London for two years. Since their marriage in 1959, they have planted churches in Ontario and Alberta. Lyle served on the P.A.O.C.
