This is a great book. Why? ObamaCare Simplified takes the thousands of pages of legistaltion and over 100 years of health insurance and wraps it all up into an easy read. It has a bit of repetition but enphasizes the important affects/consequences that the ACA brings It is not opinionated or pushy, nor confusing or highly political.

If you really want to understand what the Affordable Care Act means, this book breaks it down in more than one way. I am really glad that I read it and now be able to make a more informed, and well educated decision about my health care.

If you are confused about the new Affordable Care Act, this book can serve as an excellent resource.  It is loaded with information and data and yet, is very easy to read, understand and digest.  The last section of the book is dedicated to individual circumstances and how the new laws work for you. Another big plus about ObamaCare Simplified is that it is written from a neutral stance.  The writer is not trying to convince that the new healthcare laws are good or bad - just what they actually are.

ObamaCare Simplified has to be one of the most needed books out there today. With all the opinions for or against the Affordable Care Act, one can get bogged down in the spin of it all, but it isn’t written as a political persuasion. Instead, it is simply knowledge for the reader to use to make the most out of this new healthcare program we all will experience. I felt empowered after reading it. Make sure you put it on your “Must Read” list!

Well, in a nutshell, since we have NO CHOICE and are being Forced to accept this new system they’re calling “Obamacare”, I’d suggest everyone should read this book! It’s broken down pretty well and gives a fairly good overview of this new system and how it’s going to affect us depending on certain key factors, like how old you are, your income and/or work status, etc.

Up to this point I haven't seen ObamaCare broken down to this degree. It is easy to follow, easy to understand, and is a step by step guide to understanding how the Affordable Care Act works for all of America as a united country. It makes us a healthier community, it explains that. It makes is a stronger and healthier people, it explains how. And it makes us safer and better prevented from things like flu and other transmitted disease. That's our goal right? Better health? It explains, simply, how this act provides that! It's a good read and is a lot to learn from.

Obamacare has had me so confused and I am grateful for this book because it gave me a detailed summary that explained what I needed to know. It is easy to follow, and even has individual chapters for different groups. My 24 year old found a chapter for her, and my mom even read the chapter for seniors. Well organized and free from political jargon.

"Obamacare Simplified" is your one-source guide to understanding this complex and sometimes fear-inducing program. Good, bad or otherwise, it looks like Obamacare is here to stay. You'll be better off knowing what it means for you. This book makes it all easy to understand. One of the best features is that it break things down by just about every facet imaginable, including gender, various age groups, employment status and income levels. Well worth it. Everything you need is right here in one place.

I highly recommend this publication of ObamaCare Simplified.    In three easy to understand sections, this book has all you need    to know about ObamaCare.  It is complete with a list of frequently    asked questions and a glossary of terms.  It has information for    employers and employees, the wealthy and the impoverished,    as well as small and large business owners and everyone in    between.  It is a must have for every household, business and    individual.  A special thanks to Zephyros Press for such a timely    publication!

The ACA is complicated but this book begins with a nice simple yes/no chart to direct you to the correct chapters in the book. But the most useful part is that the information is organized by the type of person you are (adult female, small business owner, etc.) This allowed me to get to the information I wanted. It’s also nice to see the information presented without political rhetoric.

With the bias input of what the Affordable Care Act was on the news, I did not get a great perspective on what the act truly was or understand it as much. Thanks to this book, I was able to get a better idea of not only what the Affordable Care Act was, but I was also educated on America’s insurance struggle and how the act may or may not help resolve the insurance struggle.

While the original Obamacare contains thousands of pages, Obamacare Simplified reduced all those pages to a simple statement, Obamacare is the legislation and amendments to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act however it is much "broader" and contains all the rulings and agency regulations that come from that act. .One fact remains, health insurance has skyrocketed for the last 30-40 years, Obamacare is in place to slow down this skyrocketing but not to reverse it. With all this in mind, the "hope" is that we all use preventive measures to avoid illnesses and diseases and thus avoiding high insurance costs. This book addresses health insurance for senior citizens. If is beneficial to be in the know if you have reached the "golden years". There is a superb glossary at the end of the book for anyone to look up terms that will quickly bring you up to speed when reading Obamacare Simplified. I highly recommend this book for veterans, senior citizens, women of all ages, single people, and especially people with no insurance. 2014 is here and everyone having health insurance is what Obamacare is about. It is imperative that we all understand how we will be affected. I highly recommend Obamacare Simplified to be read by everyone. It addresses men, women, pregnant women, senior citizens, who is exempt, small businesses, corporations, young adults and children.

Obamacare has been the subject of intense debate. Each side has conflicting views about what it means. But regardless of your political beliefs, it is the law. This book condenses the 2,400 pages of nearly indecipherable law into an easy to understand, and non-partisan, 160 pages. I now know what to expect thanks to this book. Obamacare Simplified should be read  by every American. We owe it to ourselves to understand Obamacare, and how it will affect our lives.

Finally! A book that explains the new healthcare act in plain English without the politics –what a great idea! If I had known about this book before, my friends and family would have gotten it as a Christmas present. This is really easy to understand and it’s well organized so you can go straight to the section that impacts you. A must read for every American.

If you want to understand ObamaCare, this book is the place to start. It’s a relatively easy read, and the authors don't promote their own poltical agenda. They just explain the law as simply as they can. Part II was the most helpful for me—I have insurance through my employer, but should I get dropped from my plan (which is a real concern), I have an idea how to navigate the system.

A great book, clearer and easier to understand than it really has any right to be. It starts out with a background of how health insurance got started in the US, which was interesting and it made “Obamacare” a lot easier to figure out. Then the book is organized in different demographics so you can just flip to the relevant sections. It also makes a good attempt at being nonpartisan and never acknowledges only one side of an issue.

Obamacare Unbiased, at last!  As a non-rich person who's above the poverty line, I wasn't really sure what I needed to know about Obamacare.  In fact, I didn't even know where to look for non-biased information.  This book does a good job of showing how Obamacare was passed and how it impacts everyone from small business owners to the unemployed, mentally ill, or Medicaid members.  I now have a better understanding of exchanges, mandates, prescriptions, and everything else I need to know to make informed choices about my health care.  I'm especially glad I didn't have to wade through political garbage to get to the facts.  Good read!

Whether you like it or not, Obamacare is coming. I am political savvy, but I still was uncertain on some of the terms and policies with this particular act. The FAQ section of this book helped a lot. My biggest complaint is that it was not added to the beginning chapter. All the big picture planning in one easy place. It is important you understand the political landscape. Do yourself a favor and read the FAQ, then read the more detailed points in the book. It could save your life…by helping you choose the right plan in the "Marketplace."

This book explains Obamacare with clarity. This is the most concise explanation that I have read. Every American should be aware of many of the Obamacare changes and this book provides it in a well-organized manner. For those that wish to understand the ACA, this book is a great place to start.

For anyone looking for a straightforward guide to healthcare reform and health insurance changes under ObamaCare, this is it. ObamaCare affects everyone in different ways, and anyone can get the unique information they need from this book. The authors don’t take sides, they just present the facts to inform the reader about what is going on with healthcare and what they will need to do to adapt to changes. Reading this helpful guide will prepare you for the changing laws without overwhelming you with complicated language.

Great little book to explain succinctly and frankly the basics of Obamacare. If you were confused by the details, you won't be after reading this brief book.

"Obamacare Simplified" shares the ins and outs of the new healthcare legislation without diving into the heavy political debate that normally surrounds the topic. This is a must read for anyone with a question or two on our new system.

Reading ObamaCare Simplified has given me a better understanding of how the new Affordable Care Act works and how it will effect me personally as a young adult. I found the chapters very well organized and learned more about health insurance than I knew before!

Reading is not my cup of tea! However, when I saw that this book explained Obamacare, in plain English and about 100+ pages, compared to 2,400 pages…I tried it! I’m glad I did. I actually understood what I needed to do to comply with the new healthcare law. It’s an easily understood book and can be read in just a couple of hours. You only need to read those parts which apply to you. I recommend this for everyone!
