This is Volume 2 of the collected works of Giordano Bruno, an Italian philosopher, mathematician, poet, and cosmological theorist. He is known for his cosmological theories, which conceptually extended the then-novel Copernican model. Bruno proposed that the stars were just distant suns orbited by their own planets and raised the possibility that these planets might foster life of their own.
