Oh MY! Once again this author brings us a wonderful story! Book two in this series is as entertaining and fun as the first book in this series! I LOVE the attention to characters we met in the first book, along with the new ones we meet in this one. This book has it all. The great relationships and friendships and the exciting murder mystery we get to  be along on the ride while Kate and Meg once again try to solve (while giving GREAT organizing tips) without getting themselves in the path of the murderer! I would recommend reading the first book isn't actually necessary, but it is more fun to know about the characters and how they met..on top of all the tips on organizing a move you will learn.I have learned some truly valuable things about organization I have actually put to use for my own home. What could be better than snuggling up, reading a great book and learning ways to make your life easier! I LOVE this author and will anxiously wait for the next in this series! I

3-1/2 stars - a well written, entertaining cozy mystery with lots of helpful hints - a little heavy on the hint, however.

Another great book!  I read the first book in this series and enjoyed it as well. If you like a fun mystery you can't put down - read this. Plus it has really helpful organizing tips in every chapter,  so you can't go wrong!

As a member of Ritter Ames' Street Team, I received a free e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. This is the sequel to Organized for Murder but I did not read that before reading this so I do not believe it is necessary to read in order to fully enjoy Organized for Homicide. OfH continues the stories of Kate McKenzie and Meg Berman, organizers extraordinare. This time, they're organizing a move from Vermont to Malibu, CA, for the Collier family. Things all go swimmingly until the titular homicide happens and puts a crimp in their plans. So naturally Kate and Meg want the murder solved so they can get the packing back on track. I did suspect early on who the murderer was, but not why. This book is also sprinkled with moving/organizational tips that I believe would be useful to anyone looking to improve in those areas. And while not an organizational tip, I'm totally going to use the mason jar one. All in all, this is a fun read and I would recommend it.

I think I liked this sory better than the first one.  I denjoy the rapport between Kate & Megs friendship and working partners.  The fact that you threw in a pet, and a not so good looking one, put some different humor in there.  Save a stray or discarded pet, good job.  Good story.

I received an ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. This is the second book in Ritter Ames Organized series.  I don't think it's necessary to read them in order, but I'm glad I did.  Certain main and recurring character nuances and reactions seemed a bit easier to understand. I loved all the organizational tidbits dispersed throughout the book. I definitely wish this book had come out before I made my most recent move, it would have made the unpacking much easier.  And I am definitely going to try the mason jar smoothie method Kate shows Meg during some down-time in the story. The story itself was fast paced and hard to put down, so I finished it quite quickly. The reasoning for the murder came off as a bit over-the top, especially with all the seemingly more valid reasons. But then again it wouldn't be a mystery without them.  Love the way that Kate and Meg work together as characters and can't wait to see more of them in the next book, although I'm sure Lieutenant Johnson would disagree with me.

This is a wonderful series. Organized for Homicide is a totally engaging cozy mystery. In this book, Kate and Meg are organizing a cross country move for a family when a murder occurs at the house they're working at. Because of this, Kate and Meg are in the middle of the investigation. One unique thing about this book is that each chapter begins with an organizational or moving tip. One of them was an absolutely brilliant packing tip that had never occurred to me. If you like cozy mysteries, this book is a great choice. Thank you to the publisher for providing a complementary ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I love these characters; Ritter Ames creates such amazingly real people for her books that I can imagine them as people I know or would love to get to know!  She  is an awesome author and this series of delightful cozy mysteries has something special that will keep drawing readers back. In Organized for Homicide, Kate and Meg are packing up the home of a wealthy client who has taken a job on the west coast after divorcing his wife.  Once again the mystery is well plotted, and the interchange between the friends as they work through the various events of the story is natural and fun.  We don’t see a lot of Keith, but I think I have a crush on him. As a person who has moved too many times, I also appreciated and enjoyed the moving tips.  Organized for Homicide is the second book in the Organized Mysteries series and maintains the awesome standard of Organized for Murder. I loved this one just as much as the firt so I was trhilled to I receive a copy of this book as a gift from the author. I already look forward to the next book in this series.
