This is not your everyday street novel. The world of 'massage parlors' is exposed for what it really is, 'prostitution parlors.' Victoria wants to be a singer, but instead of singing she ends up turning tricks at Pandora's Box where she meets a cast of cutthroat women who'll do anything to get the next 'trick.' She also meets a gentleman/thug,Kareem and falls in love. But can that relatiosnship survive when Victoria can't seem to let go of the money she makes at the massage parlor? A very good read.

The cover caught my attention and then after I read the back I had to read this book. I'm glad I did because I couldn't put it down. Had to know what was going to happen with Victoria, the good girl turned working girl. She met a really nice guy at Pandora's Box and I kept reading to find out if the girl gets the guy. I won't tell the ending, though. This is a very good book andI look forward to more from Ms. Hobbs

I kept waiting for this book to pick up. The only thing positive I can say about this book is maybe it will make other young women think before they chose this type of life.

This story just didn't do it for me. It seemed to drag.

I was captivated by this book from the first chapter. I had some long nights staying up reading and didn't stop until I was finished. This book read like a modern day fairy tale of the streets. I know movies are never as good as the book, but I honestly would like to see this book turned into a movie.

This book was the bomb. Allison Hobbs is definitely a lady with class. This book was one of those books that you take to work with you and you can't concentrate on your job because you keep picking the book up. I read this book in less that 4 hours. My eyes was glued to the pages. Those call girls were a trip. But in the end-the good girl came out smelling like a rose. Allison -you are the bomb. I can't wait for that second novel to hit the bookstore. Alfreada Brown-Kelly

Pandora¿s Box is a graphic, gritty, intelligent and moving saga of women living on the fringe and a desperate woman's descent into their world. Allison Hobbs has written a page-turner that keeps you in its grip until the roller coaster ride is over. I was totally caught up in the plot twists and exploits of her characters. Her characters are so realistically drawn that I was emotionally attached to each one of them ¿ even the most decadent. In the midst of these appalling surroundings is a tender and poignant love story. I absolutely loved Pandora¿s Box and can¿t wait for Ms. Hobbs¿ next release!

The city of "Brotherly love" has got some drama going on in "Pandoras box. a massage parlor where there are working women turning one trick behind another, its just a room full of "Hungry Hoes waiting to be feed.among them it was like a competition was going on to see who could "Turn the most tricks or who could make the most money & when a john would ring the Door bell,it was like they all was running a race to see whom would be "THE CHOOSEN ONE FROM THE FLOCK" Jealousy was in the mist of them, because everyone wanted the same thing.."M-o-n-ey... and lots of too.some of the women would belittle themselve to the lowest degree to get that mighty dollar. letting the john do all kinds of freaky stuff....this book is a really one that shouldnt be pass up. i enjoyed every page from start to finish.....
