Jean Motell likes old school text messages and made a best selling dictionary about it. Jean also likes Kodak disposable cameras and to sneak in parties, even if he's not on the guest list. He made an iconic photobook about it: "Gatecrash".

Jean is still a wide-eyed kid who wants to celebrate life, and Polaroid is also a perfect medium for him, just like he did with his visual diary photobook "Polaroids". With "Paris New York", Motell presents a classical visual signature to stick with raw power of these two iconic cities. All photographs by Jean Motell, taken between 2015 and 2019.
