For anyone who struggles to deal or express overwhelming emotions, whether positive or negative, a book and a pen are a great way to cough them out.

I started writing these poems when I was nineteen years old, with just a passion for words and a soul that needed to voice some emotions. The book consists of 60 pages of memories, events, experiences, struggles, observations, celebrations, and aspirations which form part of my life journey.
