Poems from a Multiple Heart

Recovery from childhood trauma can be a difficult journey, but in my opinion is a very beneficial one. My poetry expresses deep feelings so often never expressed. Using another's words is sometimes the only way we can tell others how we feel, until the day comes through our own recovery, our own words gain freedom.
