Tony & Evo leave Blondie's with a full tank after her erotic dancing. They tool north on PCH heading for the California/Oregon border. Tony knows he can't drive all night so he pulls over at Pismo Beach. There he discovers what remains of the Kon Tiki Inn and the Pismo Pier. Who is playing that strange music in a 4th floor room of the Kon Tiki? Tony bumps into a patrol for the RRR, a rebel organization living offshore. They talk about the brutalities they suffered at the hands of the Phoenix Army, an invading force from Arizona that forced their women and girls into slavery and bused men and boys to the Rose Bowl to face certain death. A Phoenix Army chopper cruising the coastline spots Tony and the RRR—the door gunner takes aim with his machine gun.

Don't get too comfortable driving the Southern Cal coast. The burnt-out shell of the Kon Tiki Inn is tagged RRR and mattresses are stuffed in the pool. What happened here? Strange music plays from an upstairs room when a gang of jet skis patrolling the coast spots Tony and Evo. Here we find out what happened when the Phoenix Army conquered the Coastal Townships and how they took girls into slavery while sending to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, to certain doom. Still, the human will to survive lives on, in the water beyond the breakers. An interesting episode on survival of the fittest and how mankind adapts.
