Realitee Speakzzz Just Listen

Realitee Speakzzz is a memoir by Tamara Yvonne where she shares her experiences that have affected her mentally, causing her to have a diagnosis of mental illness. Tamara was urged to share her story in her own words, because she felt that it was important for others to understand her, take note of her coping skills/methods, and ultimately show her growth. Tamara also wanted to encourage others who may have a mental illness, have family with it, or of course know someone who suffers from it.
