Desperately needed supplies are being stolen and sold to both sides? These men want to know  who operates the Saigon Black  Market? They suffer at the hands of military personnel who censor news and photos, and discipline them for their efforts. Two  murders follow  in close succession.   Evil  and corruption lurk in Saigon's Black Market  in 1968.
