About the Author

Jill is a registered nurse with a post graduate diploma in public health nursing. She holds a Certificate in Social Service Administration and has a degree in Sociology. She established IRIS Consulting for Seniors Inc, an eldercare consulting companyin 1981 (formerly Complete Geriatric Care). Jill is the co-author of The Canadian Retirement Guide and The Retirement Guide (USA). She is a pioneer in geriatric care management in Canada.

Jill lives with her husband Leo and their two cats, Gilbert and Sullivan in their aging in place bungalow in Toronto.
