You have a destiny. You may have lost sight of it, opened a wrong door, taken a misleading path, but it's there--you haven't missed your chance! She encourages and empowers you to recommit to the destiny God has for you in life, love, work, and faith. She also shows how to let go of what's holding you back, reinvent yourself, and rediscover your purpose and joy. There is a second chance waiting for you--it's time to celebrate your new life!

As an avid reader I am always looking for "the next book". When I saw Pat Smith on GMA talking about this book I knew I had to read ut. I wasn't preparred for the journey it would take me on, but I went. What a blessing this has been and will always be to my life. He offers Second Chanes always, but we have to be willing to hear and listen to His voice. Thank you Pat for a wonderful book that isn't only a great read, but also a testimony. May the Lord continue to order your steps and be a mighty vessel for his word!!!
Second Chances is an absolutely wonderful and inspiring book. This book is for anyone hoping for their second chance or living an inspirational one as we speak. Pat Smith not only takes us through her own struggles of redemption and rebirth, but she gives us the stories of many more "sheroes" to look up to. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels that they have lost their hope, their vision, or even the time to begin again. Let me tell you, you have not and this book will help you to understand that. Reading this book has touched me in so many areas and it was literally just like having a talk with a girlfriend. She is relatable to all women. Her love of God and of people, especially women shine through in this book. For me, it was actually too short. I hated it to end. If you choose to purchase this book, you won't be disappointed.
