Selah: Stop. Pause. Listen.

There's a word, Selah, found 71 times in the Psalms. Too often considered an inconvenience to reading the psalm we skip over it as just an "extra" and not important. I started to dig a little deeper into this word and the verses preceding it. Why did the writer put this word there? How can I apply it to today? As I share the Selah verses, take the psalmist's cue and stop, pause, and listen to what the Spirit is saying. Let your heart be turned to worship of the Most High God.
