Overview

Serial Killer Support Group follows the journey of a devilishly dark and mysterious, yet highly intelligent character, Preston Blake - who collects some of the world's deadliest serial killers and brings them together in an Alcoholic Anonymous styled support group. He designs for the predators-elite to learn from each other to evolve and enhance their skills to be more efficient killers.


Preston also has nefarious designs for a young, innocent church volunteer, Grace Bennet. Disturbed by the imbalance of her purity, he designs to take her on a wicked journey of emotional torture and violation.


Unbeknown to the group predators, they themselves are being hunted by an unstable vigilante. Detective Gabe Bastien, himself the survivor of attempted murder from a serial killer, is on a mission to hunt killers and deliver his own violent justice.

About the Author

Wes Thompson was born and raised in Birmingham, United Kingdom.  He went to college at Kingshurst City Technology College and it was there at 11 years old he wrote his first story in a creative writing class, In the Middle of the Night.

After temporarily becoming homeless following the birth of his son, Wes pursued a sales career to ensure his family would always be provided for.  But, he always had secret aspirations to become a writer.

In 2019, Wes Thompson completed his first full-length novel, Global Dawn.  The manuscript took over a year to complete as he balanced a demanding role as a Sales Director, precious family time; and a desire to write.  He would most often write on early weekend mornings whilst his family slept; and also in most other free time.

Wes Thompson lives in Meriden, Warwickshire and has a teenage son, Alex.

Serial Killer Support Group is a unique story with seemingly apt portrayal of serial killers. It is interesting and gripping. It is anticipatory and may leave you unable to close your eyes for a night. The character development is really quite brilliant.

Right from the get go, this book is disturbing to say the least. There is something dark and scary about the tone and feel. As soon as you start to read it you feel scared and vulnerable. This is how vivid the author goes with the book.
