Shop and Let Die by Kelly McClymer

Molly Harbison hates being asked "What do you do?" more than cleaning the ring around the bathtub or digging Cheerios and raisins out of the car's back seat. She's tried on every possibility from a flip Domestic Goddess to a simple declarative Mom. She jumps at the chance to make some extra money as a secret shopper. But when she's assigned to shop an online dating site...things get tricky. For one, she realizes her husband doesn't exactly meet her checklist of "must haves" for the perfect man, not at all like her dating site Mr. Perfect. For another, the FBI wants her to actually keep her date with Mr. Perfect, who just may be the perfect serial killer.

About the Author

Kelly McClymer loves to do the research for her novels. For the Mystery Shopping Mom Mystery series, she actually spent two years mystery shopping and hanging out on the shopper loops. She also hung out with her kids to give the mom role some authenticity. She did not hang out with any serial killers.

The crazy thing is: I ordered this book Shop and Let Die, which I believe was the first book. However, although it had the correct cover photo and overview, the actual story is License to Shop, the second book. So confusing! Glad it was free and if I see the other book, I will not pay for it because it may be the wrong book again.
