This book is about the first form of the Lo Man Kam Wing Chun Kung Fu System and in later sections explains some applications of this form. It is the first of a set of books, in which we will present Sifu Lo Man Kam's Wing Chun System. We want to offer all readers the knowledge which Sifu Lo Man Kam gave us during the instruction of the first form, 'Siu Lim Tao'.
