I don't know if it's the mood I read it but it was hard to get into, until the end. The heroine likes to speak her mind but doesn't seem to have very much knowledge about a war that has been going on for 19yrs. There is not much excitement going on the characters stayed in one place.

This is my most favorite book ever! I love the sparks and romantic fun in the characters in this book. Splendor allows me to laugh, cry and wish there were more copies of this book.
