About the Author

David F. Gregory, PharmD, BCPS, FACHE is Dean and Professor of the Belmont University College of Pharmacy in Nashville, Tennessee. David holds a bachelors and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. He has been a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist since 1997 and a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2006.
Erin R. Holmes, PharmD, PhD is Associate Professor of Pharmacy Administration and Research Associate Professor of the Research Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Holmes earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration at Duquesne University and completed her Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy Administration at the University of Mississippi. Her teaching responsibilities at the University of Mississippi include Pharmacy Law, Pharmaceutical and Health Care Policy, and Personal Finance.
Shannon R. Singletary, DPT, ATC, CSCS received a B.S. in Exercise Science, a B.S. in Physical Therapy, and holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi and currently serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director at the University of Mississippi. His responsibilities include sport administration for Track&Field and oversight of Sports Medicine, Strength&Conditioning, Sport Nutrition, Sport Psychology, and Physical Therapy. Singletary also serves on the Mississippi Board of Physical Therapy Licensure.
Marvin C. Wilson, PhD received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy and holds a Ph.D. In Pharmacology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Wilson taught pharmacology for twenty-five years and led a federally funded research program focused on factors associated with the intravenous stimulant self-administration behavior of non-human primate. Recently, Dr. Wilson developed and taught a professional elective course on the off-label use of drugs to enhance cognition, sexuality, and athletic performance, driving the impetus for the publication of this book.
