As a personal stylist, I absolutely loved reading this book. The hardcover style and colorful pictures are similar to a coffee table book that you will want to have out all of the time. So many women struggle with feeling like they have a sense of style because they may not be wearing the latest trends. The truth is, and Candace stresses this, fashion is not about anyone else. It is about yourself - what you feel beautiful wearing and what makes you feel most comfortable - whether it is a tshirt and jeans or stilettos and a dress. In the book, Candace breaks things down into sections (tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes, etc), as well as giving great advice for fashion on the go and traveling. She keeps things simple, relatable and also includes her favorite brands and shops (both budget friendly and higher end stores). She also includes sections on skincare, haircare and health/fitness/spirituality. It is such a fun, well-rounded read with practical advice and tips that anyone can benefit from! I did receive a complimentary copy of this book, but had planned on getting it anyway. I would definitely recommend getting this book whether for yourself or for a gift. You will not be disappointed!

“The absolute best way to stay stylish is to stay true to you” – Candace Cameron Bure Candace Cameron Bure, New York’s bestselling Author, has written yet another great book called “Staying Stylish.” I would have to say this is my new favorite! This hard-back book has beautiful photos, well organized and reader friendly. The book starts with finding a wardrobe that fits you as an individual and breaks it down from tops, bottoms, dresses, denim, classic outerwear, shoes, looking polished, on the go fashion and even a sneak peek inside Candace’s closet. Each page contains Candace’s tips & trick, and beautiful photos. The book seamlessly moves into Skin Care, Make Up and Hair with again great tips & tricks from Candace herself! We then move into Health & Fitness and then Nourishing Your Spirit. So many has mentioned that this book is a great resource for anyone in their mid-twenties and up, but I honestly believe it should be good for anyone from Middle School age and up. Fashion and make up is starting really early now days for many girls and the desire to fit in and keep up with the jones are rising like wild-fire. The best advice you can give any growing girl is to Stay True To Yourself! It doesn’t matter what the models on TV are wearing, or magazines. What matters is what makes you feel great about yourself! Because with that comes confidence. “Cultivating a confident look, style and attitude.” Staying Stylish goes beyond even that! It makes you look deeper inside yourself. The importance of exercise and eating the right goods is so important. Imagine owning a brand new BMW and thinking that all you have to do is keep it cleaned and polished. Now you’re driving down the road with the best looking car in town and it breaks down because you haven’t changed the oil in a year! The same thing happens when you don’t eat right and exercise. There will come a time when your body will shut down and not work so great. Nourishing your Spirit is even more important. Developing a personal relationship with Christ is the best gift ever! Managing stress, getting plenty of sleep and remembering to be grateful for what you have and giving back to others. I would recommend this book most definitely to people from all ages! The information in this book is priceless and something everyone should know! I received a complimentary copy of Staying Stylish from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

If you're a fan of Candace Cameron Bure, Full/Fuller House, or any of her Hallmark movies, then you will LOVE her newest book, Staying Stylish. She shares all her style secrets, from fashion, to skin care, to fitness, to spiritual health tips. It's a great read, full of colorful pictures of Candace, and all her favorite ways to keep herself looking and feeling her best! I'm not super into fashion, (don't have the time or money, but wish I did!) but I still felt like her tips were great, and realistic! Tips you can follow on any budget. I loved this book!

Such an easy read! It has tips for everything fashion, skin care, make-up, hair, fitness, health and my personal favorite the spirit. In the society we live in, perfection seems to be the goal but that is not reality. Feeling good about yourself, from the inside out is most important and Candace shares how to achieve classic looks without compromising who you are. I've always enjoyed fashion and this book taught me a lot I wish I'd been told 10 years ago. ;) I've also been a fan of Candace's since I was a girl, but now as an adult I would consider her to be a role model. Her kind spirit shines through her words. She has always had a genuine and relatable way of writing. Every page I turned, I felt like I was sitting with a girlfriend at a coffee shop talking all things girly. This is a great present for any lady in your life! I received this book from the publisher to review, but these thoughts are completely my own. If I hadn't received this book, I definitely would have purchased it!

God. Attitude. Style. Health. Giving back. This book may be about Candace from the inside and out, but it's also about the reader and what makes you feel the best. I love how Candace's style is chic, yet simple, and how you can make clothes your own. She even admits to wearing things more than once and buys tops in more than one color. Praise! It's great that she is really focused on the natural you and bringing out what you already have, to where you are still a recognizable you. Some of her favorite stores to buy tops, at least, are some of mine, as well. She rarely talks about expensive spending, minus the occasional splurge. I feel like she really knows her readers. The sections are broken down for easy finds and are in great order. My favorite section for style is Denim, Denim, Denim. There are so many ways to rock denim for any age, thanks Candace! If you're a denim lover, I hope you'll love it. Throughout the entire book, I found myself saying, "Yeah, me, too!" a few times, especially when she talked of her bold choices in style or hair choices. I mean she even remembers a style trick from a babysitter of hers. Props. I love how Candace relates God and having a relationship with Him to your appearance inside and out. Even though, she's older than me (but still a beauty!), married with a family of her own; I "grew up" with her, her journey with God, and have seen her style evolve or come back full circle and I can still relate on some level. The book may seem huge, but for me it was a quick read because I thoroughly enjoyed it and I definitely know I've enjoyed a book when I've sticky marked the pages! And there are plenty of gorgeous Candace pics to keep you engaged! I've received a complimentary copy, but hello, I was going to get it anyway! -TaaraLynn

"The absolute best way to stay stylish is to stay true to yourself." --Candace Cameron Bure I was fortunate enough to receive a complimentary copy of her latest book from the publishers, and to have the opportunity to read it early. I've read all of Candace's books, and she has always inspired me with her positive attitude, dedication to her beliefs, her lifestyle of maintaining a healthy mind and body, and her empowering force as an entertainer. This is exactly why her new book "Staying Stylish: Cultivating a Confident Look, Style, & Attitude" is easily my new favorite and the best of hers yet. Her past book are all full of lessons for a healthy body, healthy attitude, and healthy choices in life. This lifestyle guide is no exception. It has a positive take on how to dress yourself properly for your age and body type, and gives great tips on being cost effective and practical with clothing choices. "Fashion isn't about anyone else. It's about yourself--what you feel beautiful wearing and what makes you most comfortable, which leads to confidence." Clothes can give your a better attitude when you feel good in them, so knowing how to dress yourself as you best self is a theme Candace focuses on. The book is organized well, beginning with the balance of fashion transitioning to skin care and beauty, then concludes with health & fitness. I love that with wardrobe, Candace is very practical with her choices of basic pieces, and how to style them. She loves her denim, fitted tops, and fun skirts. I like that the photos serve as great visuals for how to style and pull together various looks with seemingly simple and affordable pieces (even she shops at Target and DIY tears/stains her own jeans!). She also emphasizes the importance of finding clothes that both fit correctly and enhance the best parts of your body. For beauty and skin care, I found this section of the book to be most helpful! Candace stresses this importance, as well as the ease of how it can become part of your daily routine. I, again, love how relatable she is when she honestly admits to her adult acne and struggles with under-eye dark circles. She divulges in some really good skin routines, products, and tricks to do make up to help with all of this. This book will be a perfect gift for any girl at any age. Young girls will appreciate the advice on how to dress in a conservative, yet cute manner, and women will love the advice from someone they admire as a stylish, fit female from "The View" and "Fuller House". Many people view Candace as a positive figure, and admire her fit body and even more gorgeous personality. For those of you that loved Lauren Conrad's "Style" and "Beauty" books, this combines the best ideas of both, and is an easy read with very doable ideas. Candace is always positive and upbeat, and very realistic and honest in her explanations. Any woman will be able to relate to this lifestyle guide, and will definitely get a few new tips for fashion, facials, and fitness! Be sure to add this to you holiday list for your wife, daughter, mother, and/or sister! They will be so happy to indulge in all Candace has to offer, and they will be happy to have the tools for forever Staying Stylish.

Everyone needs to read this book. I was lucky enough to receive a complimentary copy in advance for being part of her street team. If you Love Candace then you'll definitely want o check this book out. She gives advice on fashion, skin care, makeup, hair care, health, fitness, and nourishing your spirit.Throughout the book she gives tips and tricks as well as ways to organize, pick and wear your clothes. She even gives the brands/products she uses everyday. If you had questions about her skin care routine the yare all answered. Candace is such a LIGHT. I couldn't stop reading this book. It took me a couple hours but you can finish it at your own pace. I loved how it wasn't just words, there were lots of colorful pictures that caught my eyes. The visuals were able to show everything while still having room for the reading aspect. The whole set up was beautifully put together. I especially loved the introduction, because she talked about how fashion was not always easy for her. I felt like I could 100% relate to that. I felt as if she was diving into my SOUL. I went through similar struggles with fashion growing up and now as well. Candace states that "fashion has been a way for us to express who we are and that clothes are so much more than what we wear." I don't take good care of my skin and she really showed me that in this section of the book. I will definitely be trying new things to get my skin in the shape it needs to be. I also loved how she gave us a tutorial on how to get her signature pony tail from FULLER HOUSE , DJ Tanner Style. I'm really excited to try it out because it seems simple but cute. Life can get pretty stressful and Candace gives some great tips on how to best manage that stress. She also talks about giving yourself some "Me-Time". That it is not selfish and that it is important to keep yourself healthy and happy as well as others. I tend to neglect myself when I a worried about others so I definitively will be giving myself that alone time more. This whole book is AMAZING!!! I just want to say a Huge thanks to Candace herself for giving me this amazing opportunity. Words can't express my gratitude or how much this book has touched me and inspired me to do and be better. Great work Candace!!!!! Keep it up!!!

I received a copy of Staying Stylish to review and as a big fan of Candace I was very excited! I do not consider myself a fashionista but as I grow older I am putting much more effort into looking nice and this book was such an inspiration. Candace always looks so cute and in the book she shares several tips for how the rest of us can steal her look too. While most of us don't have the same budget of Candace she still recommends products that we can afford too. Even though I truly enjoyed the fashion aspects of the book I also enjoyed that she focused on how we can make ourselves stylish on the inside too. Anyone who is a fan of Candace will enjoy this book.
