CHAPTER 1

Ascension

The purpose of this writing is to document "steps helpful in realizing and maintaining the higher self vibration and energy awareness."

(From channeling dated April 9, 1997)

As it is used in this writing, please understand that the term ascension does not define the steps one must take to get from one place of being to another, better, or more worthy (higher) place. In truth, all stages, places, or levels of being are coexistent; there is nothing to grow from or to, as the life cycle within the third dimension is perfect; it does not require growing from or ascending to.

As it is meant here, ascension is the process of increasing the capacity to incorporate a vein of the magnificence of the One and All-Infinite Creator by third-dimensional (human) beings. It is akin to the voluntary opening of a door to the individual's soul to invite Spirit in. A correct understanding of what is meant by ascension can be a key element of manifestation.

Some may need to develop their ability to be connected to this truth while others may be naturally poised to manifest their connection to the One and All-Infinite Creator. Although there is a fundamental limitation on the ability of third-dimensional beings to fully comprehend the One and All, aspects of the brilliance can be comprehended and ultimately assimilated, if only in a fractionalized way.

Spiritual Nourishment: Soul Food

The heart is the physical and spiritual center of human beings. The ability to open one's heart to the light and love of the One and All-Infinite Creator is the most powerful act a human being can accomplish.

In the physical world, basic human physiology supports the notion that the heart is the key element in maintaining a healthy physical form. Human beings who physically suffer a damaged heart are sometimes those who also, for whatever reason, suffer a depressed or damaged relationship with the One and All. In some cases, belief in the very existence of the One and All is thwarted or nonexistent. Through meditation and enhanced sleep, receptivity can be honed, thereby readying them to receive spiritual nourishment from the Source of all good. The fuel provided by this coupling charges the heart of third-dimensional beings with a strength that is vital to the fundamental task of supporting life.

This pure and powerful love-healing energy, if received openly and offered with joy, can begin a chain reaction that will resonate throughout the human soul. This process can recycle this love-healing energy to other souls as well. The gift of reciprocity has the power to clear human souls of former blockages and periods of disease and is the reason why love is thought of as healing or nourishing. In this way, love is the ultimate "soul food."

Means of Movement

Meditation is a voluntary action in which human beings allow time to create unparalleled moments of quiet within themselves in order to transcend their immediate reality. These blessed periods of opening for communication with the One and All are transformational. As such, they can be uncomfortable, unsettling, or scary, yet ultimately life-changing. Meditation is a brilliantly progressive experience that brings lessons of growth and expansion to each soul as the process unfolds.

Sleep, a naturally rejuvenating experience, also holds the possibility of gifting third-dimensional beings with blessed opportunities to glimpse the Divine. If preparations are made for a well-balanced, open, unhampered, and sound sleep experience, third-dimensional souls can be revived and physical forms can be rejuvenated.

The guides intend that the prayers and actions suggested within this writing viscerally support, enlighten, and transform each and every proactive human being so involved, allowing for an ease of access to and depth of experience in both meditation and sleep. They desire that these actions create a clarity of purpose and strength of being to foster vision and actualization of all that is most beneficial. Detailed preparation for these potential moments of movement are suggested in the following chapters.

Please understand clearly: third-dimensional (human) beings possess free will to use the tools (prayers and processes) outlined in this booklet as they prefer. All these tools are offered for support, and they can be used as freely and as often as desired (or not). It is advised that simplicity is maintained in all preparations. Ritual should never overtake the essence of intended communion. No innate brilliance lies in a mere sequence of prescribed events. Pure intent and a true desire to expand one's inner light, if wrapped within a mindful and soulful approach, is the only true path to third-dimensional transformation.

CHAPTER 2

Preparation for Movement

Voluntary, spiritually centered preparation for meditation and sleep has the capacity to be, in and of itself, hugely transformational. The significance of these manipulations cannot be overstated. The act of paying mindful attention to the details that can affect one's ability to receive the gifts inherent in these moments of communion with the One and All is of extreme importance.

In the morning, early evening, and night energy field vortexes, there exist profound opportunities for communal spiritual experiences, namely meditation and sleep. Water, candles, flowers, and crystals can be important parts of these special moments of communion. Each holds a profound secondary meaning.

Water cleans and clears, both literally and figuratively. Flowers symbolize birth, growth, and death. As a bud opens, a mature petal begins to die; flowers evidence the cycle of life and can do much to soften and enhance receptivity. Candle fire illuminates, magnifies, burns off, and dissipates. Crystals have the capacity to become instruments of transformation. The use of each is sincerely suggested.

Water

The daily functioning of the human spirit form is increased with the simple use of water. Water allows for the clearing and reprogramming of the outer and inner auric fields. It is a pure and simple method of preparing oneself for the experience of meditation and heightened sleep.

In preparation for each, the use of water can include both the drinking of a glass of either pure or crystal-infused water followed by either a bath or a spot clearing. A full-submersion bath prepares the entire body for a heightened meditation or sleep experience. Full submersion includes the feet as well as the entire head. The guides have suggested that the bathwater can (not must, but can) be infused with sea salt to further cleanse and clear the body. The addition of cleaned and prepared crystals to the bath also does much to prepare the body.

"So as within, so as without." If internal organs are cleared through the ingestion of water, if portions of the body are cleansed and cleared by water as well, then the physical form is opened both internally and externally for these simple but profound periods of communion with the One and All. The use of water allows for a fundamental clarity in the reception and transmission of divine guidance.

If time is limited or if one prefers, water can be doused on specific portions of the body to cleanse and clear them for meditation. After rinsing both hands, clean water can be swiped across the back of the neck and both ears, on the crown chakra (that space on the center front of the skull that was once soft in infancy), as well as on the third eye chakra (that spot between the eyes). This simple act does much to free the physical form from the remnants of earthly concerns.

Drinking water completes the preparation. Water is infused with crystals when a cleaned, cleared, and charged crystal is placed inside a glass receptacle, the receptacle is filled with water as pure as is available, covered with glass (not metal or plastic), and allowed to steep for at least twenty-four hours. This water can be used repeatedly until it is finished. The methods for cleaning and clearing will be described in a later chapter.

Please clearly understand: the simple acts of rinsing the hands; splashing water on the head, neck, and ears; and drinking a glass of water are acceptable alternatives to the more time-consuming ritual of taking a hot, crystal-infused sea salt bath followed by a crystal-infused glass of water. No judgment of one over the other should occur. Both prepare the body adequately for the meditative experience, and they can be used alternatively or combined as is preferred. The only suggestion is that the body be consistently cleared and prepared both inside and out for these important moments of communion.

Flowers

The choice of the type or color of flowers to be used by an individual for meditation and/or a preparatory bath for sleep should be personal and innate, without gender presumptions or intervention from others. Third-dimensional (human) beings who choose to participate in either or both activities may use flowers as they deem necessary. White, pink, or red are often the colors used, as these colors have the ability to enhance a particular teaching or illustration needed by that particular soul.

* White flowers can offer clarity and neutrality, which allow for spiritual elevation without restriction. White flowers nullify erratic neural pathways, which can result in scattered thoughts and/or anxious behaviors.

* Pink flowers enhance receptivity, reduce the tendency to judge prematurely, and eradicate feelings of separateness — particularly from those with whom we have close interpersonal relationships, such as parents, siblings, spouses, children, lovers, and friends. Human beings who spend most of their days pursuing material gain may wish to avail themselves of the power of pink flowers. Flowers this color soften the spirit, which can remove or dampen conflict in situations in which the duties of the workplace clash with the heart.

* Red flowers can be a catalyst for passion, which can provide focus, motivation, a sense of urgency, and propulsion toward the attainment of goals. Red flowers can heighten the drive for interpersonal intimacy and/or sexual release. The use of red flowers without a pairing with pink flowers for balancing can sometimes result in indiscriminate, unbalanced, or selfish passion or ruthless aggressiveness. Self-centered use of the passionate benefits of red flowers is the least preferred, as passion without heart can be destructive. The combination of pink and red flowers in the area of meditation or, if one is so inclined, included in warm salt baths allows for bold passion to manifest within a softening framework of caring and love.

Candles

Candle fire should be ever present during these times, as it has the ability to burn away stagnant energy, making way for cleansing and clearing. Candlelight allows for the reception of true guided-light information. As white is the combination of all colors in the visible spectrum and therefore is an example of unified vision, white unscented candles are suggested. Simple candles of any size can be used; votives will do as well as any other.

Crystals

Natural (not lead) crystals can be formidable transmitters and transformers of energy that can be effectively used for daily meditation, spiritual sensitization, and personal growth. The energy of crystals can be so profound that they may have the capacity to change the vibration of an individual or even transmute the air within an area or region. It needs to be said, however, that although quite beautiful and eminently useful, crystals are not a necessity. They can cost more than some are able to afford, and if they are lost or re-consumed by the earth, the loss of them can affect an individual negatively. But as they do vary greatly in type, size, and price, they can, if researched, be found to be within one's budget and therefore be wholly manageable. The guides suggest that free will be exercised regarding the inclusion and/or collection of these instruments of light.

Crystal energy is compelling; it is recommended that, if it is included as part of a spiritual regimen, the particular use and ability of each type of crystal one uses be learned, so that informed choices are made that can be of specific assistance. Although research and knowledge of desired crystals are recommended, important too is the level of personal interaction with these instruments of light. It is suggested that crystals be held and/or touched as much as possible before they are chosen to become part of one's personal environment. Even if it is difficult or impossible to feel a distinct charge when one holds a crystal at first, as some can, an incorrect or inharmonious pairing can often be physically (if only subtly), felt. Trust yourself and what you feel, and know that - with time, increased interaction, and meditation — the energy of particular crystals, their utility or uselessness, will eventually be felt with ease.

Once crystals are acquired, it is of the utmost importance that they be cleansed and cleared before they are used for any purpose. The guides suggest the use of earth and water to cleanse them, followed by sun and air to charge them. As crystals are brought into an environment, it is suggested that they be placed into the earth — either directly into a space in the ground that will not be disturbed, or inside a glass or clay container filled with soil. If the crystals cannot be placed into the ground but are instead placed within glass or clay containers, it is suggested that they be placed in as direct sunlight and/or moonlight as is possible. Once they are submerged in soil, let them stand submerged for no less than a full day's cycle — at least twenty-four hours. When they are ready to be rinsed, do so until the water runs clear. Place each on a white cloth (or paper towel) on a flat surface in as direct sunlight or moonlight as is possible, for an additional twenty-four hours. Once this is done, they are now prepared for any use desired.

After the crystals are cleansed, a clearing prayer may, if so desired, be said once they are laid out:

Eternal Light of the One and All, I ask that purification be consumed and displayed through these transmitters. Dispel all negative ions; enhance all waves of light and love to enable me to receive the potency and intended charge.

It is suggested that crystals be cleansed and cleared periodically; if they are used often, clean and clear them every other month. If they are not touched or otherwise handled much, clearing every three months is fine. As crystals are transmitters, clarity is key, so cleaning and clearing often is never a bad thing.

Once crystals are cleaned and cleared, they may be used in many ways, and it is suggested that the myriad possibilities be fully explored. As was mentioned earlier, they can be used for meditation in a number of ways; they can also be placed within bathwater to raise the vibration of the water and the individual cleansed by it, thereby clearing and preparing the individual for meditation. A cleaned and cleared crystal can be placed within a glass container, the container can be filled with water; once the crystal has been submerged for at least a day, the now "crystal-infused' water can be consumed daily as part of preparation for meditation and/or sleep.

Crystals can be placed wherever desired within the meditation area, around the home, or even in the office to generally raise and enhance the vibration of the area. Crystals can be held in each hand during meditation and can be organized in various layouts on the body for meditation as well. Some types and configurations of crystals can be worn well as jewelry.

Take time to create your collection of crystals; collect them intentionally, specifically, mindfully, and soulfully. A crystal collection that takes ten, twenty, or thirty years to amass can be evidence of a well-honed group of light-working instruments and not simply baubles for environmental or personal adornment. The guides advise that they be collected and organized in groups of three. If a crystal collection can be grown and maintained in this way, the power of these transmitters of light can be multiplied tenfold.
