Great series..my favorite still is rebel..still a must read..at times this book felt more like a history lesson, I just felt that there love story should have been more about them with a little less war stuff.. I didn't feel like they had great passion like her other books. Like rebel. But was still good.

This book is the best. I also could not put it down, stayed up all night. I fell in love with Jerome, who wouldn't. I Would love to see these books on the McKenzie's as movies or mini series. I was extremely happy when they finally admitted that they loved each other. This book made me feel the same way Rebel did, I love it when I can sit and read and actually feel like I'm there. But, I was sad to finish because I felt like I was losing friends. I was also upset because I didn't realize that Captive and Runaway also goes with these novels. Well I'm off to read Glory. HAPPY READING YA'LL :)
