Del Robertson's "Taming the Wolff" is a fantastic story. It was well ploted, well writen, exciting, and romantic. Very few of the romances i've read can match Taming the Wolff in quality. Not only was the romance well scripted but the back story was full and well rounded with an great twist towards the end. Top Ranks KE7CDM

Absolutely. Loved. This. Book! An excellently written, fast paced novel. Definitely more Hollywood (think Errol Flynn or Pirates of the Caribbean sans the magic) pirates than real world pirates and all the more fun for it. The action moves at an incredibly fast pace and the character development follows right along. The developing relationship between Alexis DeVale and Kris Wolff feels very real as they struggle to come to terms with their feelings for each other. As the duo have to deal not only with the feelings that are growing between each other they must also deal with growing external threats from a host of expected and unexpected sources. Some of the action was predictable but that may perhaps be more a function of the genre than anything else. One of the things that surprised me though was that an early villain disappeared rather quickly and did not return. Oh well, I would have liked a final confrontation between Alexis and.... well, I wont reveal his name here! I hope that the author has plans to write more. I think she is talented and one worth following.
