NEERAJ MEHTA (PhD) is Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He obtained his MSc degree in Physics from the C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur and completed his PhD from the Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur. He has published more than 100 research papers in different reputed national and international journals and attended various national and international conferences.Dr. Mehta has authored several books for the students of undergraduate courses. He is also a referee for various journals of international repute. He is a life member of Indian Association of Physics Teachers and International Forum of Chalcogeniders.
